Counselling and psychotherapy take place online or in person.

I offer asynchronous messaging, live chat, phone and video interactions as well as face to face sessions.

I am a Accredited member and Children and Young People registered member of the National Counselling Society,  and trained at post graduate level.

The therapeutic space is a safe, non-judgemental place to explore yourself, your needs, your wants and where those come from and how they affect your life.

People seek therapy for many reasons, these can include changes in relationships, jobs, bereavement, anxiety or depression or just a desire to get to know yourself better.

I offer talking sessions, creative sessions and play therapy sessions, often we will combine elements to suit you.

Depending on your needs sessions can be one to one, or with one or more family member.

Individual sessions:- Children, Young People and Adults.
Co-parenting sessions.
Adoption.
Family work.


One to one therapy sessions adult talking and/or creative £60/session (adult 50 mins)

 Play therapy or one to one child or young person £65/ session (child/YP 45 mins )

Couple/pair work £80/session

Family work (3 or more) from £100/session

In person at Sileby or online 9am-5pm

School, work or locations other than my therapy rooms or online may be possible at an additional cost depending on location.

If you are looking to co-parent going through the courts during separation or divorce can be costly and stressful. Co-parenting work can help separating parties to discuss matters in a safe space assisted by a trained therapist and mediator.

The facilitator is neutral and does not make decisions, the decisions are made by the parties for a result that works for both.

Qualified as mediator and Restorative Justice practitioner.

I offer training for companies, schools and other organisations on good mental health. I can facilitate workshops on bereavement support, cyber safety, bullying and other aspects that may affect your organisation.

By sending an enquiry via our web page form or email you agree that we may hold your data for the purpose of the enquiry and for further information from us in regards to our services. If you wish to have your information removed at any time please contact us requesting removal. We will action this as soon as is practicable. 

Terms & Conditions for bookings


Following the initial consultation and agreement to work together for continuity we book 6 sessions in each block unless you decide you wish to book for longer after the first 6 sessions. If you wish to cancel before the end of any block booking please give at least one week’s notice.


Payment is due before each session by bank transfer at least 24 hours in advance. Occasional cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the sessional rate in the case of illness or similar unforeseen circumstances. No shows will be charged at full rate. Please note that weekends are not part of the working week and therefore cancellations over a weekend will not be received until Monday.
